First attempt; Cooking a real dinner.

A slab of beef, Chinese style sprout-mushrooms, red onion, chili peppers and oregano spice, served with pasta. These were the ingredients of my first dinner dish. I prepared the meat myself, chopped up all the veggies, spiced it all up and put it on the stove.

Perhaps the meat was a little too overdone. The pasta was perfect and the stir fried vegetables were pretty decent. The only thing really missing was pasta bowl or something to serve it in rather than a plate, and someone to eat it with me.

I’ve got another piece of meat in the fridge undergoing pre-cooking-goodness. Hopefully round two turns out a little better. I think the overall dish could use minor improvements.

The original plan included rice instead of pasta, which was a fail.
